You just have a chance to change some toxic worlds into normal usable ones after you terraform them. Hydrocentric isn't insanely amazing or "must pick" even for Aquatics, but it's fun for RP and has some modern Stellaris mechanics to make sure it stands out and has a niche ![]() What's weird though, is they already had a species pack with a perk that was at least mildly decent and had some unique stuff, in the form of Hydrocentric. It's insanely weak even compared to the old and out dated perks that are quite underwhelming by modern standards. I'm honestly confused on how this one made it past like, any form of balance pass lol.
